What is it?
Description
Duck Rice is a dish that can come in two differing forms, either in Hokkien or Teochew. The Hokkien type is heavily sauced and occasionally comes with yam rice while the Teochew form is served with a much lighter gravy and plain white rice. The duck meat is normally roasted till the skin is crispy on the outside before being deboned and served.
