Roti Prata is a delicious Southern Indian dish that is very popular in Singapore. It was brought over by Indian Immigrants and is said to have Punjabi origins! It is mostly sold in Singapore hawker centres and it’s two most popular flavours are plain prata as well as with egg.

However, there are many delicious variations and add ons you can add to your prata, the most interesting ones we have heard so far are chocolate prata, banana prata, cheese prata and even strawberry prata!
