A delicate and delicious dessert

Soya beancurd is a delicacy made out of Soya Beans.  It is a pudding that is silky and soft, not as tough as normal jelly.  Often, people like this dessert for its silkiness and beany flavour, making it one of Singaporeans favourite dishes.  In some parts of China, this is eaten with soy sauce, however in Singapore, this is often eaten with sugar syrup, making this dessert sweet and yummy
