Oyster Omelette

a popular hawker favourite, great as a snack or even as a meal

Oyster omelette is a delicious dish served in many hawker centres.  It is made of a starch and egg batter, topped with delicious oysters.  This is actually a Chinese dish that originated from the Chaozhou and Fujian regions in China and was then popularised and brought down to Singapore.  It is typically eaten with a sour and spicy chilli dip.
